As the head instructor at Personal Safety Alliance, and proprietor of Elite Firearms, Jody continually improves her firearms competency and expands her knowledge of this industry. Our mandatory training course covers everything from gun safety, to teaching your future instructors how to run Elite classes. We break up the training into two comprehensive weeks: one dedicated to operations, and one to in-field training. You will work one-on-one with founder and certified instructor, Jody Salerno, to help you grow as quickly as possible.
Each owner-operator will complete our 2-week training course, covering operations and in-field training. If a partner decides to become solely an owner, then their hired operator must un-dergo the same training course.
Administrative Procedures, Staff Hiring & Managerial Techniques
Firearm Safety & Instructor Training
Our team will review and advise you regarding potential locations that you submit to us, including any in Multi-Unit Development Agreements. From here, we will provide you with a set of our standard building plans and specifications for floor plan and décor.
After conducting our initial training program (as previously outlined), our team will suggest staffing levels, guidelines for hiring and operational instructions. We will also assist you in training employees and provide on-site support for one week upon your business opening.
As new technologies and training programs arise, corporate is sure to advise in implementing these strategies into your location. Our team will also continue to support you in estab-lishing prices, using administrative procedures, maintaining our website and creating advertisements to better position our brand.
